Content Policy

Article 1. Content that may not be uploaded

• Sexual depictions of children or adolescents, including anything that breaches the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses
• Sexual synthetic media of real people, and illegally filmed material
• Content that infringes another person's rights
• Content that encourages crime or self-harm, or incites hatred against a group
• Any other content prohibited by law

Article 2. Viewing ratings

Creators choose the viewing rating accurately: All ages or Adult (not for minors).

A work that is harmful to minors must be set to Adult. Even without sexual content, a work must be set to Adult if it uses suggestive thumbnails or revealing images such as swimwear or underwear.

Places where a rating cannot be set, such as channel profile images and channel art, must not use images unsuitable for minors.

Article 3. Adult works

To choose the Adult rating, the Creator must complete adult verification.

If an adult work's thumbnail contains suggestive images, the Creator sets it to be blurred for users who have not completed adult verification.

Adult works are offered only to users who have completed adult verification, once the Company has put legally required labels and age and identity checks in place. Until then they are not published.

Article 4. Limits that apply even to adult works

• Material that is obscene under criminal law, such as real sexual acts or sexual exploitation material
• Exposure of genitals, pubic hair or the anus
• Exposure of nipples or areolae

Article 5. Thumbnails, titles and tags

The Company may limit home-page display of a work whose thumbnail contains any of the following.

• Exposure of genitals, pubic hair or the anus
• Exposure of nipples in photorealistic images
• Liquids that suggest semen
• Sex toys shaped like genitals
• Images that infringe another person's copyright
• Images that are excessively provocative or offensive

The Company may also limit home-page display when a title or tag contains words that suggest minors (for example loli, elementary school student, middle school student, high school student, schoolgirl), offensive words such as incest or bestiality, or explicit sexual expressions.

Article 6. Work information

Titles, thumbnails, descriptions and tags must match the actual content. Do not add unrelated tags. State the genre (for example BL) and any setting users should know about in advance in the tags or description.

Article 7. AI use information

Creators may choose to enter AI use information for a work. Publication does not depend on it.

Information that is entered must be accurate.

Where the law requires AI-use labelling, the Company labels the work and may ask the Creator for the information needed.

Article 8. Rating classification and availability by country

Where the law requires rating classification, a work is not offered in that country until classification is complete. Creators provide the materials needed for the Company's classification procedure.

The Company may restrict a work by country under laws or app store policies.

Article 9. Breaches

Breaches of this policy are handled under Article 15 of the Creator Terms.
