How to create a new work and add its poster, synopsis and keywords.

Creating a new work

In Creator Center's Works list, press Start a new work.
A title is all you need to create a work. You can add the poster, synopsis and keywords now or later.
Press Create work to open the work editor.

Field	Notes
Poster	2:3 vertical image, 1000×1500 or larger, JPEG or PNG
Title	Up to 40 characters
Synopsis	Up to 300 characters. A short introduction viewers see. The first sentence is shown on one line on cards.
Keywords	See Choosing keywords below

Work editor

The editor has two tabs: Content and Work details.

Content: upload episodes, trailers, specials and Shorts, and set their order. See Uploading episodes.
Work details: edit the title, synopsis, poster, keywords and detailed settings.
Use Preview at the top to check the viewer screen before you publish.

Wide cover image

The Wide cover (16:9) is used for link-sharing previews, the work page background and the Home banner. If you leave it empty, it will Use the poster instead.

Titles and synopses in other languages

In the Other languages (optional) fields, you can enter English, Korean and Japanese titles and synopses. Viewers see the matching translation when available. The other interface languages use the English translation when available, then the original. CLIFF does not translate them automatically.

Choosing keywords

Choose 3 to 10 keywords, including 1 genre and at least 1 relationship & mood keyword.

Star the 3 keywords to show on cards. If you star fewer than 3, the keywords you chose first fill the rest.
Each group has a set number you can choose: setting up to 1, relationship & mood 1 to 4, and Character (Top) and Character (Bottom) up to 2 each.

Detailed settings

Item	Notes
Content rating	Choose the rating that fits your work.
Work address	The address that follows `watchcliff.com/work/`. You can only use lowercase English letters, numbers and hyphens (-). Whether the address is already taken is checked when you save.
Banner preview range	The part of the trailer that plays in the Home banner. If you do not set it, the first 15 seconds play.

Deleting a work

Delete it with Delete work at the very bottom of Work details. Works that were ever published, or that have purchases, cannot be deleted by you. Please contact customer support.

Work status

The works list shows a status for each work.

Status	Meaning
Draft	You have not asked to publish it yet.
In review	CLIFF operations is checking it.
Changes requested	Check the operations note, make the changes, then press Publish now again.
Ready to publish	Approved. Press Publish now to publish it.
Published	Viewers can see it. If your edits are not live yet, it shows Unpublished changes.
Paused	Publishing is paused.
